Accessing Data between two children through Parent table

Summary:

(1)- I am doing send Email notification on insert record in BO1

I need the date from another children BO2.

Both BO1 and BO2 are referring to the same parent BO3.

(2) after getting the date I need to use it within a link (Add to Outlook Calendar). Is it possible to achieve it with Groovy script or is it possible to embed an html code in the body of the Email.
