Page designer doesnt work if environment is switched to different one

When the environment is changed to different one, the page designer never works.

We have developed an App extension using Visual Builder Studio connected to our test instance. Now we want to change our development environment to different one. When we switch environment, Page designer doesnt work. We just get 'Preparing application runtime'. Is there any way to continue development using different environment.
