Reporting and Documents of Record Updating / Uploading

Hi all,

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask.

We're looking to build a report within BIP that produces a letter of reference that can be saved to an employee's document of record.

We can build the data model, report etc no issue, but was wondering if there was a process in place that allows us to burst it from the data model to the document of record or if there's another way its possible to do so?
