If is observed that, FBDI file for Sponosr is changed(ImportFundingSources.xlsm).

1)Want to know in which release it was changed?

2)Was changes also made for REST API or not?(/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/grantsSponsors)

3)IF yes, change was done for both FBDI and REST API in the same release or in different release?
