Can I create a Legal Entity for setup an Item organization

In the my enterprise setup and maintenance, after I created a Legal Entity in the task (manage legal entity), I went to the Manage Item organization but in the field for the Legal entity theres no options, seems that the one that I just created doesnt show up in the search window
