How to Display the employee name in Label dynamically

Summary:

As per the requirement We have to display the employee name dynamically in one of the label in When and Why section of the Termination Responsive Page

Content (required):

Currently in termination responsive page, in When and Why Section, there is a label "What's the way to terminate the employee".

We have to change that as "What's the way to terminate the (Employee Name)" through customization where as Employee Name should show the name of the employee dynamically
