Security on Hierarchy with Shared Members

Summary: Security on Hierarchy with Shared Members on a Security Enabled Dimension.

We have a Entity Dimension, enabled for security and structure is like this.

When we applied security group on Alternate Hierarchy, Output, is showing the Shared members under root level first and then the expected hierarchy down under. We dont want the Red highlighted nodes to show up under root node.

Is this behaviour expected?
