Blanket Purchase order Controls

Summary:

Can we enable only automatically Generate orders and disable automatically submit for approval.

We have requirement to generate the orders but do not wish to submit them for approvals. When the PO is getting converted from requisition to PO.

We have tried to test this but the PO is not getting generated.

Can you please advise.
