Directory Advanced search primary Email view

Hi Folks,

In Directory Advanced search page, we have to make Work Mobile Phone", "Work Home Phone" and "Work Email" visible and home email should not be visible even if it is primary.

When a Pending Worker is converted, In the Organization Chart it displays the "Home Email" and "Home Mobile Phone" because it is set as their primary email (by default) because at this point we don't enter "work email" or "work phone".

Once converted to an employee, Work email is added but not set to primary.

Let us know for possible way to hide home email and home phone even if it is primary in directory search area
