Is it possible that only Qualified suppliers can be manually tagged as "Sourcing Eligible"? Currently, the system allows to manually tag the supplier as Sourcing Eligible even if the supplier is not yet qualified in SQM module.

Do we have a system control to restrict the tagging until the supplier is not yet qualified, it cannot be tag as Sourcing Eligible?
