Unable to assign work schedule to worker in case of overnight/ multiple shifts

edited Jul 18, 2018 1:50PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary

Inability to assign more than 1 work schedule in same day

Content

Our retail client have workers working in roster. There are no fixed schedules.

We have defined 1 work schedule for each shift in system. We are uploading the work schedules (predefined) directly to worker's schedule assignment

In case of overnight shifts, since the since shift spans across 2 days, the overnight work schedule would need to be assigned across 2 days.If worker has any other shift on same day where overnight shift is ending, we cannot assign them as system limits assigning more than 1 work schedule in a day. Please see screenshot.
