Ability to define and/or override Contract Terms at Contract Line Level

Summary: Currently Oracle Enterprise Contracts Cloud is providing the ability to define terms and conditions at Contract Header level only. Is it possible to define T&Cs at Contract Line levels or override T&Cs at contract line level once defaulted from header.

Content (required): Our client is moving from legacy Oracle EBS 11i to Oracle Cloud. In 11i, project contracts, the Terms and Conditions are defined at Contract (Header) level. But these automatically default to Contract Line level where they can be changes or overridden if required for that line.

But in Cloud, it seems T&Cs, we are able to define at only Contract (Header) level. There is no provision to default header level T&Cs to contract lines or to define or override at line level.
