Lack of functionality in the team calendar is causing a lot of frustration for our managers

We have a very big issue with our business users due to the functionality of the Team Calendar.

Out main issues are:

1.  Absences which are held in DAYS or CALENDAR DAYS are not shown on the team calendar. 

2. Manager cannot go to absence screen and see all of the team visually in a calendar format

3. Managers can only see their own team.  We have many instances were other teams would provide cover during absence and they want to see these teams also e.g. 2 sales team under one manager may provide cover for each other.
