Italy - Inarcassa (localized) requirement in AR Transactions with Chronological document sequencing

Summary:

Our client in Italy has localized legal requirement on the AR transactions to have an Inarcassa invoice line (a commission line with tax calculation (also with multiple line with multiple tax lines (can have different tax rates)) - can be entered in Projects Invoices or Manual Transactions.

Our original solution is to have a Memo Line with Inarcassa name, and the user can manually add the Line (even after AR import from projects).

But if the Chronological Document Sequencing is enabled in AR - the AR transaction can no longer be tagged as "INCOMPLETE" once imported from projects and the user can no longer edit the AR transaction.
