Allowance and Deduction HCM Extract

Hi Folks,

Our Client has integration between Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll. We need to send the element entry details to Preceda if a new element is added and whenever there is any change on Oracle HCM

We have built the integration in HCM Extract. In our extract, we have an Action field (valid values - A or U).

The value in the action field drives the action at Preceda end. "A" will add a new row in Preceda. "U" will update the existing row in Preceda.

The first time the element is added for a person in Oracle HCM and when the data is going for the first time to Preceda, Action need to be A.
