DFF Validation in Annual Leave

Summary:

We have a requirement for annual leave, so we have created a DFF "Ticket Allowance".

The customer wants to make this field value "yes" only once while submitting annual leave. If the employee takes leave again, it should not allow them to make a ticket allowance "Yes".
