Display daylight saving time on "My Public Info"

Summary:

Client wants that the time displayed on "My Public Info" for employees reflect the daylight saving time whereas right now it is showing up as general UTC time. Day light saving time is GMT+01:00 hours. We have already tried adding time zones to locations but it didn't work.
