How do I dynamically show Q4 from prior year as a comparison column if I choose Q1 in my POV?

Summary:

In Reports, what is the best way to dynamically show the prior period chosen in the POV. If Year Total is chosen, only the Year would change.

Content (required):

Period offset works for base members but not the quarters. Relative works at same level, but then the year doesn't change. Am I missing a function or some sort of combination of these? The best that I can come up with with Relative with Prompt function for the "Vs Year". Any suggestions? Is there a way to write boolean member selection logic?
