FBDI: No log file is generated when running ESS "Load file to Interface"

Summary:

I am trying to import General Ledger JOurnal Entries using the FBDI template JournalImportTemplate.xlsx.

The child ESS "Load file to "Interface" is ending with Warning and no data is loaded in the table GL_INTERFACE

I need to troubleshoot but no log file is generated for SQL Loader Process.


I used to work with FBDI in other environment and SQL Loader log file was always available. Is there any job role requirements or application profile controling this ?
