Need a join field for Recruiting and Global HR other than Person_ID

Summary:

We are working on a new hire report where candidates flowed from ORC to HCM. Currently we are using Person_ID and Start Date in HCM and ORC as key fields. But for few persons employee start date in ORC and HCM is different. In this case if candidate has hire and rehire rows, then its difficult to fetch for which requisition number hire or rehire is associated.

Kindly need your help on this scenario to join which key fields other than PersonID.
