Summary: Portrait card details (3 dots in orange color against the name) on the Absence records page are not customizable

Content (required): The 3 dots or the portrait card on the absence record page is giving access to details that the member should not have, like managing user accounts.

To fix this, we saw the sandbox customization does not allow the portrait cards to be customized.

Please let us know if there 3 dots functionality will stay with Oracle in further upgrades or if will it be removed later. If it stays, how do we customize it and hide the actions that are not needed?
