Is it possible to conditionally display/hide a user defined attribute via page composer?

We require the circled field in the attached file to be displayed only when a particular legal entity is selected in payable invoice header. Please note this circled object is a non-standard field defined as a user-def-attribute in project costing descriptive flexfield.
