Passing Start & End Period in RTP for a Rule in Data Integration

Is there a way to pass both the start & end period selected in Data Integration to a rule attached to it? When you do the POV Period it only grabs the start period.

I thought I had done this a long time ago but maybe I am making that up. I can't seem to figure out a way to do it now.

Any ideas?
