Can Learning Admin delete the ratings and comments provided by a Learner on a Learning item?

Is there a way for the Learning Specialist / Learning Admin to delete the ratings and comments provided by a Learner on a Learning item.

I don't believe Learning Admin has the option / ability to do this. Wanted to confirm.
