Cannot invoke method getAttribute() on null object - When submitting Hire an Employee

Hello,

 

Our payroll team have had a few error messages pop-up at point of clicking a submit after adding new hire details, it is quite sporadic and the new hire is still added to the system, we may raise an SR but as it is not possible to re-create we fear difficult to triage?

Sorry for the blurry screenshot but the error says: Cannot invoke method getAttribute() on null object, however it then says request submitted and still works?
