Calculating Absence accrual and lapsing for employees eligibility change

Summary: We have a customer requirement change in below.


For Mexico country, we want to change current leave accrual logic of 'Vacation Time Off' leave type. While calculating Absence accrual and lapsing, system should consider 'Original Date of Hire' for one group of employees and for rest of employees (other than group) system should consider 'Hire date'.
