Bulk Loader - course completion keeps giving error that date format is incorrect :(

Suddenly today when I'm doing a bulk load, I keep getting a date format error even after redownloading the template

Is anyone else seeing issues with bulk loader today?  (it's not Friday the 13th)  I'm in CHK and been having problems in the 9th hour (9:00a ish)

MYSTERY solved:   INVALID DATE ENTERED ... 2/30/18 is not a "real" date.   I was a running a test for another SR and the engineer had recommended bulk loading the course with 2/30/18 as the date ... 2018 only has 28 days in February.   Still have the Recurring LP completion issue when using the bulk loader.
