how can we manage Content after Activity Sequencing is enabled

Summary:

Once Activity Sequencing is enabled, we dont get the option of uploading a newer version of the content at the content level. How can we manage the content in case of newer version needs to uploaded. Also what options do we have for the Learners would have already completed and who have enrolled but not completed, to see the content version
