Person Number Search

Hi guys, I have just enabled Connections, however I'm unable to search by person number. I cannot seem to find "PER_WORKER_SEARCHES_PERSON_NUMBER_SEARCH_ENABLED" in the profile values screen either - does anyone know why it'd be missing?
