Bulk creation of topic community

Hi Team,

Is there any option to create topic community as bulk using HDL or something else? We are getting individual course for each content of the series. FOr exampl, Part1/8 ,2/8 ....8/8. So total 8 courses were created. This doesnt look good. So we planned to create each series as a topic community and grouping related topic community under category community. We ahve so many series like that. Any inputs on that?
