Looking for the Human Capital Management Transactions Real Time tables.

Content (required):

I am looking to build a data model that captures HCM transactions including process category, process name, status, etc. Can someone point me in that direction, where I find those tables? If anyone has a query they can share please do. I am using version 23A. Thanks.
