Unable to retrieve Attribute based charges unsing discount list API's

We have a requirement to retrieve attribute based charges using API. We have made use of oracle provided discount lists API's and none of them are retrieving the charges(Adjustment basis amounts).


\Can someone please share valid API's which not only retrieves rule names but also retrieves prices/discount charges as well
