Logic on Audit bit map field in per_all_Assignments_m_ table

Summary:

We are working on an audit requirement to track the insert, update and delete assignment records over a given period of time.

We have enabled the audit for product Global human resource. It would be more helpful if somebody provide that logic how to decipher the Audit bit map field in per_all_Assignments_m_ table so we can Buit the BIP report based out of it.
