Can Line Manager perform Team Change Request under My team -> Time -> Team Change Request

Summary: Can Line Manager perform Team Change Request for their Direct Reports to modify their Time Card Request. The main issue is like i need configure Time Card Workflow setup for Time Card Modification only, I don't need notification for Time card submission first time.

Content (required): I need to achieve this requirement like If Manager submit Time Card entry then notification should not trigger but If Manager modify existing Time Card request then it should trigger notification.

1. the problem here is, In both cases it is picking same task which is Payroll Time Card Approval so if i put notification for time card submission then it automatically enables for Time card Modification request and vice versa.
