Using API for Open Sesame 3rd party content with OLC

Summary

Need to understand how to interface with Open Sesame and OLC for content, course completion status

Content

I am at an Oracle customer implementing Learning R13. They have a contract w/ Open sesame for 3rd party content. Open Sesame tells them they need to setup the API connector to interface with them for course content and to send back completed course status and scores to HCM Cloud. I know we have rest API for YouTube. Is it available or on the roadmap for 3rd party content?

What is the status of rest API for 3rd party content for Learning? If this is currently not an option - what is the recommended approach? I believe Open Sesame is one of Oracle's preferred vendors for Learning content.

Howdy, Stranger!
