Metadata Retrieval Option - copying minimal OpenAPI is not working as expected

Summary:

When we use copying minimal OpenAPI (recommended)  option for Metadata Retrieval Option, we are not able to create types. The response type is blank


Content (required):

When we create Service Connection using 'copying minimal OpenAPI' as Metadata Retrieval Option, the Endpoints Request/respone/test is all blank. Even not able to create any type as the request/response is blank.

When we create using 'Copy Full OpenAPI', when we add the endpoints we require we get an error when we try to preview/share. This was working fine until couple of days back.
