Future dated Primary Work Relationship changes impacting current user access

Summary:

Hi,

We have noticed some 'unusual' behaviour when HR advisors are inputting future dated terminations (which in turn, cause primary work relationship changes).

General example below of what is currently occurring:

1. Future dated termination is input for 01/09/2023 for contingent worker assignment/work relationship.
2. Primary work relationship flag moves as of 01/09/2023 to another active assignment/work relationship.
3. When navigating to the employment screen for this employee for the contingent worker record, and the 'Work Relationship' section, this shows that the Primary flag is set to 'No'. However, when you click into the card (Primary Change History) this shows that this work relationship is in fact the primary work relationship up until it's future terminated date of 01/09/2023.
