Deploying one or more business rules take too long time

Summary:

I have an issue with deploying business rule(s). It takes unlimited amount of time to deploy

Content (required):

This is something that started happening recently. I have business rule(s) which reference to Templates and Templates reference to Scripts. I needed to update Scripts, and then I was able to successfully deploy Templates. However, when I try to deploy even one business rule it takes a lot of time.

Any ideas about what might be causing this issue?
