Can scheduled absence be included in the absence balance?

An absence plan does not have any Carry Over. Workers are allowed to schedule absence (using the current balance) in the next year (absence year).

Can we include these scheduled absence in the accrual balance and avoid the scheduled absence to be deducted form the absence balance of the next year?
