Deep Links for PO and PR in BIP Report

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created BIP report with deep links for PO and PR. I have created one custom role to for PO / PR View only access.

The user can see PR in UI however when he click on deep link it gives error "You don't have permission to view the requisition. (POR-2010974)"

I want to know how deep links works and why we are having this issue.
