Add assignment - Source Assignment Status - LoV needs to be in alphabetical order

Summary:

Source Assignment Status List of Values are not in the alphabetical order whereas on hire an employee page under Employment Details section the Assignment Status field shows values in alphabetical order. Attached the screenshot for reference, we want LoV for Source Assignment Status field same as LoV as Assignment Status.
