We need some help understanding a best practice for how to process RETRO accruals in absence
Summary:
When a retro amount of hours comes into via the Time & Attendance interface, the hours are recorded against the current Worked Hours Balance for that employee, not the original date the hours were worked. Because the fast formula calculates the accrual based upon the Worked Hours balance that causes their accruals to be incorrect due to a cut off of 80 hours in the fast formula.We need some help understanding a best practice for how to process RETRO accruals in absence.
