Track Supplier communications

Summary:

We have a requirement to track all Supplier communications/interactions over email for traceability. Can these email communications between buyer and supplier be maintained and traced within Oracle?

Content (required):

We have explored the Oracle Social Network which allows for a chat however this is going to be decommissioned ( as per 3-27870050151) . We also explored the possibility through Collaboration Messaging (SR 3-29511442791) however this does not allow sending and receiving text messages , its more of for document exchange. We would like to know if there is any feature in Oracle that allows to send and receive emails to supplier contacts and also maintains an audit trail of such email interactions. If this feature is not yet existing is it in the Oracle product roadmap?
