Global Talent Community Pool - how it is populated

Hi community,

I need some support to understand how the Global Talent Community Pool is populated. In one past client I saw that Global Talent Community pool contained all people (external candidates that have applied to a requisition, external candidates that signed up to the talent community, employees ecc...). Today that I am configuring Talent communities for another client I see that Global Talent Community comprehends only external candidates that have signed up to the Talent Community.

Did something changed with recent releases?
