IDCS: The "welcome email" for new users and "password reset email" - can it be customized?

The “Welcome email” for new users and the “password reset email” shows the DBA.ADMIN's email address. However, the user creation/ updates etc. is typically done by someone else from the Business.

Is there any way, those two emails can be customized to be having a different email address?
