Since 23B Unable to Select correct Budget Period when Enter Budget In Speadsheet

Summary:

The drop downs in the from and to dates no longer allow selection of correct budget periods. We are unable to upload budgets amendments as a result.

Content (required):

We are unable to select Jul-22 and Jun-23. Below is the futherst we can go. This was working fine before the new release.
