Absence Record should be Auto Approved and an FYI to LM

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement that when a absence is requested the request should be auto approved and an FYI has to go to LM.

We have tried transaction console and Approval rules at Absence types. But LM's are not getting the FYI notification.

Can someone please help here.
