Intraclass UOM Conversion Change Management Best Practices

Summary:

We have many items in our inventory that need to have their intra-class UOM updated. We are looking for best practices around what all need to be considered (Ex: closing Open POs, Cycle Counts etc.,) before updating the intra class UOM of an existing item in inventory.
