How do I identify bad character data within my customer address tables?
We went live with Oracle EBS and CPQ in November 2021. In CPQ, our customer address data was uploaded using Excel files. We are now trying to audit CPQ data vs. EBS data and getting errors due to bad characters being present in CPQ. The bad character data went unnoticed during the initial uploads.
