Remove additional links from the Certificate of completion

Summary:

When viewing a certificate of completion, does OTBI provide flexibility to Remove the following links:

·      Edit

·      Refresh

·      Export

·      Add to Briefing Book

·      Email

·      Copy

And change the “Print” link to execute the keyboard command “Ctrl + P” to print the screen (where the user can choose to print to PDF)
